Order & Delivery Policy

Your order(s) has to be paid in full by credit card, debit card or online bank transfer, in order for us to proceed.

Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday, for delivery in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, within our coverage area. Please read here for more information about the coverage area.

All our orders are delivered by our third party delivery partner. The responsibility of the order is on our third party delivery partner during the duration of the delivery.

Our third party delivery partner area may change from time to time, affecting the coverage area for delivery. If you have placed an order with our service but it is out of our delivery partner’s coverage area, EMAZING HOUSE ENTERPRISE  has the right to cancel and refund the order, together with informing you, the customer, before the cancellation.

When ordering, please enter the correct full address, including contact numbers. We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any mistake or delay due to incorrect details, such as incomplete address, and incorrect contact number.

If a re-delivery is needed for the order to amend any mistake due to incorrect details, charges will be incurred.

Orders will be delivered according to the requested time slot, unless unforeseeable events interrupt the delivery process, which may be the following, but not limited to:
-Weather
-Traffic conditions
-Any acts of nature
EMAZING HOUSE ENTERPRISE  as well as our third party delivery partner will not be held responsible or compensate any losses incurred for delays in delivery, due to the unforeseeable events listed above.  

If there is any cancellation or changes to your order(s), please inform us AT LEAST 3 DAYS prior to the delivery date of your order.

For helium balloon delivery, please ensure that an assigned receiver will be there to take the order(s), at the time slot that you have chosen. For example, if you have picked a 10am – 2pm time slot, please ensure that an assigned receiver will be there from 10am – 2pm. Our third party delivery partner will be waiting for 15 mins ONLY.

You need to ensure that on the date when the order is delivered, the receiver’s contact number is reachable. There will be times when our third party delivery partner will need to be able to confirm the address given or to confirm the receiver’s presence in order to deliver the order.

IF OUR DELIVERY PARTNER IS NOT ABLE TO CONTACT THE RECEIVER, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY CAUSED BY SUCH REASONS OR SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES.

Return & Refunds Policy

Upon accepting the order(s), the full responsibility of the order will go towards the receiver.

Should the order(s) has any issue(s) and/or problem(s) upon accepting the order(s), we practice a “one-to-one replacement”. Refunds will only be issued under special circumstances, per case basis.

EMAZING HOUSE ENTERPRISE  has the right to refund and/or cancel your order under certain special circumstances.

Product Characteristics, Storage & Life Span

The photos shown on our service might be slightly different from the actual product in terms of colour, due to lighting, photography editing, and other photography factors.

If you need to carry balloon(s) with your car or any other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner is on and the temperature is below 26 Degree Celsius, before placing the balloon(s) in the vehicle. It is not advised to expose balloon(s) to heat for a long period of time, as it will burst.

It is encouraged to place and/or store balloon(s) indoor, under room temperature not exceeding 26 Degree Celsius, with no exposure to direct sunlight.

It is the receiver’s responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and/or shrinking.  

Upon confirmation of receiving the order, we will not be able responsible for the condition of the balloon(s) kept and/or stored by the receiver.

All our helium balloons can last at least for 6 hours from the time of preparation. If you need to triple your balloon(s) floating time, you are required to add hi-float in your order.
